Welcome to My Music Database Program.
Unarchive all the files into a directory of your choice.
If you are not running in a 32-bit operating system you will need the
DOS/4G program to enable protected mode. This file is available on many
BBS systems and is available here in the DOS: Utilities Directory.
There are 6 files xmeg.ini, where x is a number between 2 and 7. These
files are needed if you are running with less than 8 megs of ram on your
computer. You can find out your amount of available EMS by typing mem at
the DOS prompt. It is suggested that you choose the amount of memory below
that by copying the appropriate file to MYMUSIC.INI (it must be this file
name, or you'll get runtime errors when switching to protected mode).
This copy was tested on a 386 DX33 with 4 megs of RAM (used the 2meg.ini
file) and the program ran slow. It might be a choice to make a clean boot
disk with no TSRs loaded to make as much memory available as possible.
The running of the program is quite simple, just type
mymusic <enter>.
A few notes when running the program:
You can back up from one field to another by using the Shft-Alt keys or Esc
Beta 4 Notes:
Placed option of adding songs to a newly added album after updating the
album databaes.
Added a Print Menu for the user to set the page parameters.

Added a report by Identification number for the screen and printer.
